Special Delivery (1-2 Days)

If you would like to receive your item in 1- 2 days please choose Special Delivery at the checkout. The charge for this is £3.99 per order.

Features of special delivery include: full tracking, signature on delivery, guaranteed by 1pm, and compensation up to £500.

Gift Wrapping

Every order is beautifully wrapped in tissue paper inside a matt grey gift box.

There is a charge of £2.50 for the gift wrap service if you choose 2nd class delivery (3-5 days).

Alternatively, you can choose Special Delivery (1-2 days) at a cost of £3.99 per order.

 

Returns

We understand that you may wish to exchange or return your items and you have 14 working days from the date of receiving your order to do so.

Please email us on support@nabhaasa.com to let us know why you are returning the item and if you would like to return or exchange.

We kindly ask that you make sure all products are returned in their original condition, with their original packaging, otherwise your item may be sent back to you.

Please note the cost of the return will need to be covered by you, the customer.

You’ll receive an email from Nabhaasa once we have received your item and the refund has been processed.

All refunds are returned to the original payment method within 30 days. Refunds vary depending on your bank but typically take up to 5 working days to show in your account or instantly if you purchased using PayPal.

Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.

We recommend that you use a secure, trackable postal or courier service and retain proof of sending, in case of any dispute or failure of the goods to arrive with us. We will not accept any liability for any goods that are returned in inadequate protective packaging, by an uninsured or unrecorded transit service, or that go missing without proof of postage.

We also recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them.

 

Exchanges

Please email us on support@nabhaasa.com explaining the reason for exchange and what you would like in exchange for the item.

Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.

We will advise if we have the exchange item you require and will then send this out to you once we have received the original item in good order. If it is not available, we will offer you a refund or credit.

 

Faulty Goods

In the rare event you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please email or call us and we will endeavour to exchange your item where possible, pay for a repair, or give you a full refund.

Goods are faulty if they are received by you in a damaged state, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

 

Colour of Products

Computer monitors vary, therefore we cannot guarantee that colours displayed online will be completely accurate.
